I bought a mechanical and scratch and dent insurance with them. when i call them to claim they tell me i do not have a policy with them according to their system. they asked me to send them a copy of my policy. which i did and they promised to get back to me by the end of business day. i waited for a week then called them again, they still could not find my policy on their system. when i ask to speak to the consultant who was helping me, they hang up. even after three weeks of talking to them taking me left and right i never got my claim processed. i bought this insurance through a dealership called Car studio in Pretoria last year. these guys seems to be working hand on hand with the insurance company. I regret ever doing business with them. i advice everyone not to fall for their tricks. they are a *****.
