Exceptional service InsureAfrica - thank you

I purchased a warranty for my secondhand Audi A5 from InsureAfrica on 12 May 2023. On Friday 9 June 2023 I had a catastrophic mechanical failure (cracked piston). I knew this was going to be a very expensive exercise. Although I had the warranty I was still unsure if InsureAfrica would pay anything, based on some negative reviews on this platform. However I can report today that I am immensely impressed with the way that my claim was handled. Firstly, it is important to use an accredited repair center who knows how to deal with Insurers They did everything by the book which I am sure contributed to my successful claim with InsureAfrica. Secondly, I had very professional and efficient service from Sean van der Ross. From the start Sean was courteous and very helpful. I was copied in on emails between the workshop and Sean and at no point were there any indications that InsureAfrica was looking for excuses not to pay this claim. They eventually paid 95% of the claim which under the circumstances I am very happy with. I would therefore like to commend InsureAfrica and especially Sean van der Ross for delivering service better than expected. I still have 23 months left on my warranty and although I hope I don't have to have a reason to claim again I feel I am in good hands. Well done!
