displeased client
hi i have a machenical warranty with insure africa, for my vehicle since i bought this vehicle from the dealer, however as the time wentby i was told some company that was responsible for this policy was liquidated by the name of constentia, then i was given an alternative with GENRIC but immediately after the inception of that new policy my car broke down, then i placed a claim with the company and i was sent from pillar to post until i had to go to the service provider to collect my car without being fixed, and all this happened after i had communicated with the company before i took my car to the service provider, firstly i was denied towing with unclear reasons, on top of all this i was paying double premiums for this same policy, because the initial policy that went along with my monthly instalment was still being deducted even after the liquidation of the initial company(constantia) and i had to also pay other premiums with the new company that i was given by insure africa, i think i was taken for a ride by this people.

You never had a Warranty with InsureAfrica, you had a Warranty with Constantia Insurance Company Ltd (your Insurer). Your vehicle did not break down immediately after inception as has been explained at length to you in numerous communications. You were not sent from pillar to post: You drove your vehicle (despite being aware of an inherent fault on the vehicle thereby causing further damage to the vehicle) to one elected repairer and refused to authorise a Strip and Quote. You were denied towing as the fault on your vehicle would not have appeared over night: this would have been an ongoing fault warning which you chose to ignore. When later questioned about your towing request you denied that there was any fault on your vehicle. The refund of premium on your initial Warranty is to be paid under the Insolvency Act as your Insurer is under liquidation (of which you have been advised as a direct link to the Insurer's website). You have subsequently cancelled your GENRIC warranty and there is no further obligation by the Insurer to you. As you have now obtained legal representation, we will not be responding to you further on this forum. Please direct all further communication via that forum. Regards, InsureAfrica
