Baddest service ever

I have been paying for a motor warranty with InsureAfrica through TalkSure, a offer that sounded to good to be true and now I am experiencing it. I I got stuck with a Clutch plate on Monday the 16th December 2019 and the car got towed to the nearest RMI, I have been in contact with the RMI since Tuesday 17th December to ensure that they provide the quote as quickly as possible so that InsureAfrica can give the RMI the go ahead to fix the car, just to find that the RMI is dragging their feet so I demanded a quote, in which they sent me. The RMI had issues getting through to insureafrica claims department, so I took the initiative to do the calling and I get told that the RMI must contact them and not me. I call the RMI and they said they would send me the quote then I can forward it to *** which I did and I got a auto-reply. On the 18th December I haven't received any feedback whatsoever from my email which had the contact details of the RMI. So I decide to call InsureAfrica claims again, then I'm told that these is information that the RMI has to provide to them that I don't have, I acknowledged that then I contacted the RMI and they said they would contact InsureAfrica. I wait for a good 2hours to get some feedback, then I call the RMI to follow-up and they said they made the call and it all good. Then I call InsureAfrica to confirm if all is in order and they tell me that they haven't received a call from the RMI and that they can't call the RMI to follow up the RMI should call them. To me these people are just playing delay tactics and I am getting sick and tired now because I don't have a car and I am paying TalkSure/InsureAfrica a premium every single month to ensure that I don't go though this kind of heartache, and now I regret taking this stupid policy that doesn't provide me any benefit whatsoever. All these process they keep telling me about only benefits them and doesn't benefit me in any form of way. I would not advise any to take a policy with these people, it's not worth it at all. I am going to name and shame them on all social media platforms and tell journalists about them, I will also be submitting a complaint with the Ombudsmen. No paying customer should be treated this way.

Good day Sir,  we are in receipt of your complaint.  Can you please DM me on *** your policy number and/or ID number.  As per your policy wording you do have recourse with my Department but I have not received a mail from you?  Once I am in receipt of the above information I will be able to investigate your complaint.

Thank you kindly ,

Good day Sir,

I have responded to you via email.

Please note:  your vehicle broke down on Monday which was a public holiday.  During this time of year, the Repairing Dealers are under a lot of pressure.  We cannot process your claim until such time as they have contacted us with the results of your "strip and quote".  We were only contacted today by your repairing dealer and as such, your report on Hello Peter would be factually incorrect.

We do not engage on public forums and will continue to communicate with you via the email address you have provided to us.

Thank you kindly.
