Bad Communications

Hi. So I took my car into William Hunt for service and a clutch fault. It has been two weeks sitting there because the communication between Insurance and me is non existence. Right now they knew the quote was R16000+ and have approved R5000 only. Why would you allow a Dealer to strip a car if you know the approval is only a portion? Don't we have a communication protocol about this? Worse even now I have been waiting for feedback and no one is calling me! This is two weeks of wasting my time.

Hi, Your customer centre did not contact me immediately. In fact I had to call in and deal with the Manager myself because they did know about my complaint. The Manager spoke to me and on the 19 January 2018, they arranged that they would pay Williams Hunt Opel. Thereafter nothing, no feedback. I phoned William Hunt and they told me they are liaising with the insurance directly (this was on Friday the 19th). Today it is 25 January 2019, and I still do not have my car. I have been severely inconvenienced by this and I do think your Admin sucks. Where is the feedback and when will I get my car? Is there no urgency EVER? This has been the worst and I will definitely take it to any structure that can listen to me.
