Unauthorized debiting of accounts

I had an absa account, when looking through my debits to notice and debit reference EPIC3, call absa said it is insuregroup who I have never had dealings with nor have I engaged in authorizing them to debit my account, I'm sure this is *******, I tried calling several time to no avail, I closed my account because I couldn't get it resolved. And now have an new account with a other bank, and guess what I am getting debited again by insure group with reference EPIC3. For and amount higher then that on my absa account and still have no idea to whome this money is going to nor do I know what it is for..

Dear Dwayne -
Insure Group Managers is an authorised and licensed Financial Services Provider and intermediary. One of the services we provide to the industry, is the collection of short-term insurance premiums on behalf of your insurance broker, who have given us instruction and permission to collect such premiums on their behalf. It is therefor most likely that the debit order against your account would be in respect of your short-term insurance premium/s (hence the debit order followed to your new account).
We can assure you that we are most certainly not engaged in any ******* debit orders or '****' activities. Please contact our office on *** with your enquiry. They will transfer you to one of our service consultants who will be able to assist you with the details in respect of this debit order. You are also welcome to go to our website at www.insuregroup.co.za and fill out the enquiry form in respect of debit orders. One of our service consultants will then contact you.
We apologise for the inconvenience but are confident that this came about as result of a misunderstanding and that we will be able to resolve your enquiry.
