Unauthorized debit order

Moments after buying a tablet from Takealot I had a debit order for R98 off my account.

The reference is EPIC.

Takealot say they are not affiliated with any insurance company. This leaves the only culprit to be iPay through which the EFT payment was done. They are the only ones with access to my account number.

I would like Takealot, iPay, Insure Group and Absa to explain how this is possible without my authorization!
