Unauthorized debit against my account
<p>I had a debit of R 129.00 go off my account this morning. After trying to get throught to Insure Group for over 45 minutes and constantly being cut off, I got through to their Durban Sales office. I was told that they haven taken instruction from Dina Style to debit my account for funeral cover. I told them that I have never heard of Dina Style or Galaxy for that matter or signed any such mandate allowing them to debit my account. The response I get is that they cannot help me and I must contact Dennis Mashilo on ********** ... Surprise the number does not exist... on trying Insure Group again Benita tells me this has never happend before and that they will certainly put a stop to this as their reputation is at stake.Why then are there so many complaints about your firm. This is not the first time you have done this and there is reference to Dina Style unathorise debits dating back to 2015. You are actively taking part in ********** activity and you cant do anything about it? </p>
