Unauthorised debit order

<p>I have a debit order being taken by Insure group managers. I have never dealt with the company ever. My bank reversed the debit order as it was unauthorised, the bank has since charged me a fee for the reversal of the debit order. There is something very fishy here. This company needs to be taken to task for deducting money with absolutley no authorisation.</p>
