<p>Dont ask me how they do this, but they somehow manage to debit funds directly from your bank account without any authorisation. </p>

You can either visit the following link on our website: https://www.insuregroup.co.za/Forms/debitorder.html and complete all the relevant details requested in order for one of our service consultants to get in contact with you. You can also phone our offices on *** and will be transferred to a service consultant to assist if you provide the reference number appearing on your bank statement next to the debit order in question.
Alternatively please forward your contact details to *** quoting the reference number HP0617/021 and we will facilitate resolution of the issue.
We are sorry for the further effort we require, but would very much like to resolve your issue.

01 Jun 2017, 19:38I emailed you and got a reply that it is YMS. They also have other complaints here for the same thing. I suspect that you are both in cahoots with ******* activities and trying to de***** people R98 at a time.
