Yvonne & Bongiwe - The best claims administrators

Thank you to Yvonne and Bongiwe for a seamless claim process. I lost my phone at the mall bathrooms on a Wednesday. I immediately reported the phone with Telkom and blocked it, I went straight to the police station to report it and filed my claim. Yvonne emailed and requested some documents and I sent them right away. Friday morning she approved my claim and asked that I pay the excess and send the proof of payment. Monday morning Bongiwe processed the replacement order and now its a Tuesday I'm just waiting for the device to get delivered. Thank you guys!
