Worst -Stay away for a peace of mind

Worst service ever. App**** for insurance. I was told that I will receive a call which I didn't, after sending all my documents. Now I have sent 3 emails, no response. I I was holding for a long time on the phone (support center) until my airtime exhausted. The whatsapp number provided was so *****. Now I want to cancel the whole application and I am struggling to even get a hold of them. I am convinced that they are ****. The emails on their website dont even go through
