Worst insurance company!!!!

I called Insure by iStore to cancel my insurance on the 20th of November 2023 but my account was debited on the 27th of December. When I called, I was told my insurance was still active after the lady told me my insurance had been cancelled last month. Please do not cover from this insurer!
