Worst cellphone insurance ever

Lost my cellphone last week Sunday. I made a claim on Monday, but there we documents that I didn’t have, Tuesday I made a claim. I should say this is the worst insurance I’ve ever been with.I spoke to a guy called Ebrahim Abraham’s with regards to my claim he said he will communicate with me since then I have been waiting, why do we pay so much money to get such a poor service? It’s been 7days now and I’m not getting any response from Istore. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use Istore insure, as I’m patiently waiting for my claim to turn 2weeks now. Worst worst service ever. Clearly we all the don’t know how important a cellphone is.
