Unable to Register a clam!

Very very frustrating working with this insurance company! Customer service is TERRIBLE..

I cannot register a claim because they havent sorted out their internal processes from my previous claim! The previous claim was also a disaster to settle! They are quick to debit but very slow in treating their customers fairly! You cannot escalate to speak to managers or get someone from complaints!
