They don’t care about their own SLA

This is worst experience I have ever gotten from am insurer it’s been weeks since I have logged my claim. They have been giving me run arounds. I paid my access on the day of claim approval but I have not received my device. They are saying that courier system is offline for over 3 weeks ? This is just absurd do not recommend. They are not even giving me a solution to this issue
