THE WORST OF THE WORST INSURE BY ISTORE

This insurance experience has been incredibly frustrating. Initially, my insurance handler took days to respond to my emails, only to later find out that they had gone on leave. Each day, I was assured that my claim would be processed promptly, yet I had to fight tirelessly just to have someone address my claim. When I finally managed to get attention, it took an additional week to process the claim and another week for it to be delivered. Even after it was delivered, there was no accompanying invoice. Currently, I am still grappling with the challenge of obtaining my invoice, putting me in a prolonged struggle to resolve this matter.
