Poor service from insure with istore

The worst insurance ever, the jammed my car and they stole my iPhone and laptop, i blocked the phone and opened the case, even did finger prints for the car, This guy Ebrahim is the worst consultant, he said i must bring footage, i went to the garage they said they cant give me they only give police, he rejected my claim he said i cant leave a phone on a door panel i must put it in the boot, You cant even see a phone on a door panel, everyday when i call to make a follow up he will be having a reason to decline, i mean car jamming is theft that's it ,They accessed my car without my consent
