Istore insurance, horrible service I received

I have had the most horrible experience ever with my istore insure claim. They stole my phone on Saturday last week, I did everything that my contract requested from me including opening up a case with the saps. I had to constantly call them and ask for feedback, they did not even bother to call me ... Everytime they would send me an email is when I bugged them first, just a week and half after my submission they now told me my claim has been rejected, they handled this claim poorly and refuse to communicate to the unwritten old mutual complains department... Their service is trash and to think that they billed me even when I had claimed is beyond me. I regret choosing them to be my supplier and warn everyone to not use them. Istore should should stop providing for a service like this because they do not have experience in insuring personal belongings. I will not let this die down, they looked for every excuse to reject my claim after deducting my money in my account. We signed an agreement,they must pay.
