Insure by Istore -they running a **** !!!

I lost my phone and requested that I be paid my sum insured in cash and they refused - which is first!! i wanted to add on to the money(sum insured) so i can get the latest iphone but they refused to pay me my sum insured and only offered me another phone. crazy - anyways - lesson learnt - don't insure your phone with Istore - you will regret it !! they running a **** !!!
