Incompetency

I would like to share my horrible experience with Istore insure, I app**** for two devices at Istore Maponya mall with the help of one of their agent and also stated to add device insurances to my surprise when I settled my devices in July I discover that only one insurance is insured now I cannot get device insurance anywhere else because it is over 7 days and my device is still not insured because an agent was *********** and the Istore insure has not done anything to resolve this
