Claims

I had the worst experience ever! This insurance does not care at all about their clients. I lost my iPhone on the 3rd of January 2024 and have beem trying to submit my claim online but the system does not identify my details that I have provided. I called this number ********** and was told that I'll be sent a link where I can submit my claim, been waiting since forever. I have blacklisted my phone and reported the incident to the police now the problem is with this insurance company. They never forget to debit but when they should help they are no where to be found.
