BAD SERVICE

I have been sending emails to them, no response whatsoever, my phone went in for repairs and i got the quote that they said i should send to them? i really do not understanding why they are this unprofessional, i am literally speaking alone on my emails, and the quote expires in 7 days? what kind of bs service is this? I HONESTLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT SO ANYONE.
