Unfair claims process. Over 6 months waiting.

I put in a claim with insurance busters on my credit life for critical illness. This was done some time in October. I'm still waiting. I have been calling insurance busters/ debt busters everyday for the past few days and I keep being told that they are await balances from my credit providers. There was one balance that they couldn't get which I took the liberty to call the credit provider and get the balance. This was done on Friday 20 March 2020. So I called them again on Monday and they were still telling me about this one balance they have requested. I gave it to them and was told once again that I would get a call back by close of business the same day. Today is Wednesday, I called them 3 times and they keep promising to get back to me. I finally got through a gentleman named Lucian, who I've spoken to before, he then told me the claim is now with a company called IUA. I called IUA and was told they still waiting for balances from debt/insurance busters. Yep. Balances that gey already have have not been submitted to their claims department. The lady from IUA has also informed me that my claim will only be processed once the lock down is over, 21 days. I find this unfair and someone needs to be held accountable because I have comp**** with everything they required. I'm am very upset as I am a cancer patient and don't have strength to keep calling and fighting this. IT IS TOTALLY UNFAIR.
