Struggle to get refund out of Insurance Busters.

Good day, i requested Insurance Busters to refund me for a insurance i took out with them for a creditor, the creditor has been paid up more than a year ago,but Insurance busters continue to take premiums. See mail below i received from Insurance busters. Good day , I hope all is well. Your refund amount of R1 338.72 has been calculated and awaiting approval. Kindly confirm whether you would like the money to be transferred into your Hyphen PDA account or into your personal bank account. If you choose your personal bank account, kindly provide me with the following: • Name of account holder • Type of account • Account number • Branch code I look forward to your response. I send another email Good day Can you please tell me when the refund will be deposited into my bank account as I indicated to you on Monday morning. So hear u can see my correspondence with Insurance Busters, I even send Andre Goethals an email but no response. I is now a week since i requested an refund and did not receive it yet.
