Sick and tired of the bad service

I have been with debtbusters for a few years now and in October 2019 I was retrenched, then your policy kicked in because part of my premium at debtbusters was for you as insurance busters...? ok now my problem

1.) one month you skipped paying debtbusters so they did not pay my creditors? 2.)My creditors handed me over because they were not paid? 3.)I could not get an affidavit from the police n lockdown as they said in mookgopong that is not an essential service, I did communicate that with you and your consultant told me to just write an email stating that I am still unemployed and that the police can't do an affidavit and I did that,. NOW I RECEIVED 2 SMS FROM DEBTBUSTERS STATING THAT THEY WERE NOT PAID?????????????

I am sick of all the issues with my policy as I paid for a service and now I'm getting no service at all from you or debt busters????????? I have had issues with debtbusters since I started with them where they did not pay my creditors and change of banking details and so forth all of that will be on record as well as that matter was a huge issue for me.

Please get back to me or I will be contacting the newspapers and the ombudsman in this regard.... I would like to know why all of you are very quick to take my money the little I have hence the fact I'm under debt review but can't deliver on the promises made and the service...
