Insurance Busters ignoring cancellation requests - Charged R1229.84 for they year after being told to cancel!

Credit Life Insurance Paying Twice. Credit Life Insurance - Still being Charged by Standard Bank and Insurance Busters since March 2018 - Duplicate payment every month (Insurance Busters ignoring request to cancel Credit Life Insurance being charged twice for since they were notified on the 8th March 2018. It is now the 12 November 2018.

I have twice in the in the past brought to Insurance Busters attention Standard Bank charging me Credit Life Protection as well as Insurance Busters charging me Credit Life Protection. I have again kindly asked Insurance Busters to cancel the Insurance Busters Policy - The agreement when taking out the Insurance Busters Policy was that Standard Bank Credit Life Protection would be cancelled and since 26/03/2018 it has not and for 8 months I have being paying duplicate premiums to Standard Bank and Insurance Busters. The requests Insurance Busters are sending Standard Bank are being ignored by Standard Bank and they are charging me still every month when I have asked Insurance Busters numerous times to stop the Insurance Busters Credit Life Protection as Standard Bank are not stopping the Credit Life Protection on their side. Reply from Amirah Israel Insurance Busters "Please be advised that we will not be able to process a refund as all credit life cancellation documents had been sent out and Standard Bank had to cancel therefore the refund should come from their side." I have been ****** of R1229.84 from Insurance Busters when they have ignored me since March 2018 to cancel the policy and they have charged me R1229.84!

I am left with no choice but to hand Insurance Busters over to my attorneys who will be proceeding with Legal action to 1. Stop Insurance Busters Credit Life Protection Debits and 2. Process the refund of Credit Life debits taken from Insurance Busters. Please see attached Standard Bank Direct Debits for Revolving Credit, Credit Card, and Prestige Plus.

Kindly cancel and refund all Insurance Busters Credit Life Premiums since 26/03/2018 immediately!
