Insurance busters are a bunch of Sharks!!

Don't take out a policy with these people!! They are a bunch of sharks. My wife and I are both with Debt busters and paying for credit insurance with Insurance busters. 5 Months ago my wife lost her business as she is a recruiter in the hospitality industry. We put in the claim and they completely messed up saying I can't claim because I still have a job?? I didn't claim for me I claimed for my wife. We sent through all her bank statements to prove her loss of income and we are still 5 months down the line waiting for an outcome???

Don't take out a policy with this company!!
