Double dipping of life cover deductions

Offered a life cover policy when there is already a life cover policy active since 201u, thus my account was deducted twice for same product. I want a refund for the R205.36 duplicatr lofe cover policy payments made. If I had to die they would refusr to pay ouy twice. The payment amounts on the policies vary and not constant and no one can explanation.
