Disappointed

<p>I made an application for credit insurance sent all the relevant documents required and I was told that the insurance docs have been submitted to my credit provider when I called to follow up with my credit provider I was told they yet to receive the documents.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then sent an email to insurance busters to request the trail mail sent to my credit provider didnt receive feedback, escalated my request to the manager also didnt receive feedback, Sent an email to the complaints dept. to date am yet to receive feedback, Its been weeks of NO RESPONSE! </p>
