DebtBustersSA and their Credit Life Cover Sham

So apparently I paid for a service that I cannot use. It was upsold to me without any choice on my side. It is a service I could not afford, but apparently I needed it for their and my own security. This service is the Credit Life Insurance and is supposed to cover me in the event of me losing my job, which happened. At first I was glad that they forced me into taking it, and now they are telling me that they might not pay what was promised and every creditor is on my back again. WHY ON GOD's GREEN EARTH DID YOU FORCE ME TO PAY FOR THIS IF I CANNOT USE IT? Where is that security that the sales lady rambled on about in her auctioneer voice? I emailed mt termination letter (as requested) to DebtBustersSA and then to this Credit Life people (who I do not even know they are because everything was arranged for me, now I have to arrange the claim with them myself)... I sent it TWICE... Who are they? Why are they and their payments forced upon clients? DO they even exist?
