Debt Busters Insurance Claims Big problem!!!

I am under debt rescue and was retrenched. Insurance Busters part of Debt Busters was to pay my claim for while I was unemployed which they have done until July 2020. I have sent them numerous mails, phone calls regarding non payment of my claims. MFC wants to repossess my vehicle tomorrow as they have not paid my claim. I spoke to Azra from Insurance Busters twice who promised she would send me proof of payment. This has not been received. MFC wants payment today or they will repossess my car tomorrow. Even if Insurance Busters pays out after the vehicle is repossessed I will have to pay R6000 to have it released are they going to pay that and the interest that has accrued on my accounts in the last two months? This is so unacceptable from a company that claims they are the best in the industry!!
