Claim payment

I have been waiting for Insurance Busters to pay my claim for 2 months now and one of my Creditors wants to repossess my vehicle due to them not paying my retrenchment claim timeosly. I have sent numerous emails to them and contacted them telephonically and was advised by Azra from the insurer that I would receive proof of payment and still have still not received this today. I am at the end of my rope now as I need to advise the creditor before they repossess my vehicle This is really extremely bad service delivery and has placed me under unnecessary stress. This insurance was suppose to assist me during this time when I am unemployed and reduce my stress not add to it.
