Withdrawal taking more that 4 weeks

<p>I am still waiting for my withdrawal. I initially sent the forms on the 25th of November 2016, it is still not paid. When I phoned this morning, I was told that it will be processed when my employer opens their doors in January! Really? On the 13th of Dec when I called, I was told it will be paid by the 29th of Dec but now its Jan! Really...I cant wait for Jan...I need the money by the 30th. Please follow up because your turn around time is not 30 days!</p>
