Rejection Of Claim

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>i have logged a claim on the 04/04/2017 with regards to my TV been damaged. I have stated that it could have happend while moving as the TV worked and after a while had a line through. I got a call from Emily Letoaba and advised my claim has been rejected since i didnt use professional movers. She advised my Portfolio manager will advise me further. I spoke to Dean Naidoo and advised he will speak to the underwriters and still no feedback. I have went through my policy and it comes only theft while moving is not covered if professional movers are not used and nothing about damages. I have sent emails on the 11/04/2017 to advise thereof as my policy has an accidental damage cover and no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>i find this absolutely ridiculous that i am not covered and would like to escalate this further until I am paid for my claim</p>
