Insurance zone

Insurance zone underwritten by Hollard is ******** clients from their payouts. Firstly my vehicle was a Range Rover sport autobiography of which the company replaced parts on prior, when I claimed I had numerous issues that were not resolved. I complained to their complaints and it was not resolved. I further took the matter to the ombudsman of which they provided a ********** document for the decision to be made in their favour. It is unacceptable, how they conduct business and their customer service is extremely poor.
