Qualification pending since 2012 but no response

Good day, <br> <br> Mpho Monare ID *** has completed done his NQF level 4 Short term insurance qualification with the academy in 2012 and to date no qualification had been produced, we have tried to get answers from the cademy, the highest level of authority there, Rene Nel and no one can figure what is going on or why there is a delay in this process. We have also contacted INSETA the verification board and they are saying that they are busy with it but no response there after was received.<br> <br> We received a confirmation that Mpho is provisionally competent and that the results are to be verified this process has been going on for more that 2 years now and still no one can give us feedback.<br> <br> Mpho is at the moment unable to get a job in the industry because his qualification is not complete, he has lost out on countless work opportunities because of this and no one wants to take responsibility for this.<br> <br> i am utterly disappointing in the service we have received from both parties and I referred him to the academy because they had assisted me so well in the past and yet they can treat another client in this manner, clearly there is no constancy in their service.
