Worst service

Paying my premium for 8 years without fail, just to learn that I received incorrect information. Non helpful person at Sasolburg offices merely gives me the call centre number. I call 5 times and hold forever! Eventually get through this morning and get told they will call me back as there is a problem with their PC. Well I am still waiting. This is the worst service I have ever experienced! How can Assupol still be in business? Can not help but wonder what would happen should I have to submit a claim!
