To long for a claim to be assessed.
I'm so angry with THE UNLIMITED especially Louis Duplessis. I registered a hospital cashback claim 13/07/2026. I received claim form 16/07 that's after my call. 20/07/2026 I sent all doc's that was required threw WhatsApp.22/07 they would forward it and that they received it. 24/07 they say they didn't receive all documents they sending SMS but not sending emails and it saying what is needed when called for update was told they need day to day treatment records nursing records. When they require doc's wen I registered the claim the one of the required doc was a full hos acc. There is a difference with hospital acc and treatment records. But I sent threw the records 30/07.no feedback I called them 03/08said they didn't receive anything I emailed again n called to ask if they received it n yes they did.07/08 called for update n was told it's gone to the Unlimited.10/08 called for update says it went to auditing in that time Louis Duplessis emailed asked for bank statement,medical aid statement I sent him all threw.13/08 was told it's still at the unlimited.14/08 I called they told they received a feedback from the unlimited and they told I would get the final feedback by 21/08. I still didn't get any feedback today 25/08i sent Duplessis an email require why so long he rep**** he will get back shortly and that was in the morning. He didn't give me any update . NOW that is unacceptable from a big company that Louis Duplessis is an auditor that works for the unlimited speaks lies don't take the clients serious. To THE UNLIMITED pls URL need to see into Louis Duplessis work ethics.he is not the best auditor or only auditor in the whole of South Africa.
