Insumbi Engineering Pty Ltd

Insumbi Engineering Pty Ltd is a company based in Benoni, South Africa, that claims to specialize in hydraulic drifter and engine rebuilds. We attempted to do business with them, but unfortunately, their service did not meet our expectations.

We purchased a hydraulic drifter from them for several hundred thousand rand for our mining business. Sadly, the unit failed under warranty and was sent back for repairs, forcing us to halt operations on one of our machines, which resulted in significant losses.

After the repair, the drifter failed again, indicating that the quality of workmanship was subpar. We have since had the unit repaired elsewhere, as we cannot risk relying on Insumbi for repairs again. Insumbi now claims they are not liable for our damages and that the warranty on the unit is void.

Regrettably, we have blacklisted Insumbi and will no longer consider them as a service provider in the mining industry.
