Service delivery problem

We have no electricity since Saturday morning up to now, when calling instratin there is no answer and we logged call with City power we are taking from pillar to post since Saturday and yet we buy our electricity we don't get it for free. Even last week from Monday to Wednesday we had no electricity it only came back on Thursday during the day. So we know at Devland Gardens that if electricity goes it will take days to be restored of which is totally not fair and clearly we don't matter.
