The worst place you could ever live at. We pay rent and stay without electricity for 3 weeks because the owner owes the municipality. They **** 2 weeks back to say that they have paid and yet to this day no electricity. We are throwing away food and some of us work from home and it has been an absolute nightmare. This man should be charged for all this
