CARNIVAL GARDENS WITHOUT ELECTRICITY SINCE 28TH AUGUST

I am residing in CARNIVAL GARDENS SALFIN BOKSBURG.

We have been without electricity since the 28th august. It is not the first time this happens, but at least in previous times they arranged generators for source of power. This time, they are just silent. We pay rent without fail, and yet they fail to pay the municipality. The place is not well kept or maintained. How do we get the owner to be investigated and brought to justice for such inhuman behaviour
