no response,no materials.

I registered with the above mentioned institute in the last week of February 2015, sent them the proof of payments and they were to send me all the materials I needed to begin my studies. Mid March I contacted them after the 14 days period has gone and there was no response from them. Ulindi then responded to me after I had sent her 3 emails and now cancelling my enrolment as they are not responsive, they didn't deliver and their office phone numbers on her signature are non-existing. So she emailed me that she will check what the delay is and get back to me,they I then told her that I don't want to know anymore because even their office phones don't exist & I don't want anything to do with them they must refund me my money. Since then till today I have not heard anything from her. Please investigate them if you fail I will go to the authorities as this is bad and we are in april.now no study materials no refund and I have plans on my studies and can't get to the next because they got me stuck. I want my money I am no longer interested in them or their services. Hello Peter Team investigate this as they are taking people for a ride, its not a crime to want to better your life on
