No communication from company

We registered our new appointed receptionist to attend their receptionist course. Firstly it is very difficult to get hold of them via email and telephone. They constantly have communication problems. When requesting feedback over email you dont receive any feedback. Training had to be reschedule due to there training being in an accident but NO one has come back to reschedule a new date for training, This is unacceptable as we have paid for the training already and no one has decided to come back to us.<br> <br> They are a terrible service provider.<br> <br> Regards<br> Suret<br>
