*NO EMPATHY , IMPERSONAL , UNHELPFUL, DO NOT SUDY WITH ICB*

from the begining there has been problems . all the text books would speak of a work book, to complete but they only gave the textbook and i was told to figure it out . in my opinion that is short supplying a student , if the text book clearly says to do the activity in the *provided* text book then surely it should without hesitation be provided .

secondly . some how my POE Was not complete . my actual was was complete but just because I didn't do the technical check I was disqualified . I Tried to explain that it had been a terrible week and i had been admitted to hospital. fought on the this so i can write my last exam . however to no avail they didn't care . so i needed to re-book . upon arriving on the online student portal to rebook . I realized that there has been a rise in price . I was angry at this . and took to Facebook . i find it ridiculous to pay and not be able to write . I paid 675 and now had to pay 730. this is a lot of money. i said on the post that they just don't give any plan B's and that they are robbing people . how can the increase the amount . what is their reason . they all work from home , don't even have a call centre ( impersonal) and only work through email . I Would not recommend ICB . I said in the post that ICB'S service sucks. I then received an email telling me that i have a disciplinary hearing for MALPRACTICE

There was too charges against me and they are withholding my rights to do exams for 6 months

because they said I purposely neglected my POE & posted and made FALSE statements on FACEBOOK

Firstly there was no false statements secondly because i went through skills academy for online studies ICB NEVER EVER sent me the Codes of conduct or any rules and terms to acknowledge and sign , so legally they CAN NOT hold me against any of the charges

I FIND THIS ITSELF IS A MALPRACTICE TOWARDS THE STUDENT - and they also had a hearing without me present.
