Shifting Blame for Their Online Exam Portal Mess

I had to write my Macci exam today, all checks were done by my institution, all checks done and dusted and my exam just never loaded while I was online. They are unable to pull off this online writing platform and even though everything was done on point by my institution a lady named Aneesa insisted that even though all ticks were done a pic should have been uploaded that it is done, yet it shows perfect on their system. Now students must pay R750 to rewrite an exam that they didn't load and they are making excuses left right and centre. Very poor service, horrible experience with this online writing. Just an overall horrific day to study for an exam only to be told sorry everything is perfect except a pic that everything is perfect. I am extremely dissapointed
