POOR SERVICE - Stuck without transcripts.

I completed a qualification effective Jan 2020, up to this day, I haven’t received my transcripts... I wanted to enroll with other varsities online but it requires that I upload my transcripts. I have requested them over and over but there’s no communication at their end. It greatly affects me cos I am unable to complete my online registration. Even the college- service provider has requested and copied me but no respond.
