No reponse and Money making Company

16.11.2015 I sent an email with sick note attached that i could not sit down for exams. The same day Jacqui rep**** that she has sent it to relevant deprtment and they will advise me. I heard nothing from then again. On 23.02.2016 I sent another email requesting when I should write and if i require updated books. didn't get response .Only after I sent and email to say that they are unprofessional did I recieve a reply from Tevin :Dear Nawaal Lawn Support Ref No: #5613 / Regarding: Exam Changes & Confirmations Thank you for submitting your application forms. We have started processing these and you will receive an email confirmation once your exam has been uploaded indicating all details relating to your assessment/s i.e subject, time, date, venue, etc.Should their be any problems regarding your forms, we will be in contact with you, however, if you do not receive any confirmation emails from us in the next 5 days, then please reply to this email.and then their enquiries sent me that matter has been resolved.
