NO COURTESY FOR A LEARNER
I have been studying for over a year now and this is beyond me. I paid for an exam last year November for an exam which is only to be written in Feb 2016. I have sent emails querying this matter and had gotten no feedback. I called and got no feedback. I am 2 weeks away from my exam with no POE which takes approximately 3 WEEKS to complete if you are working Monday - Saturday like myself. <br> <br> Today I get an email stating \we apologize and will courier your POE next week\"... That's 1 week away from exam date. No courtesy to follow up with a student. Money wasted. I am appalled!!!"
